- Whistleblowing – infringements of Union law, based on information obtained in the course of their professional activity, as provided for in the respective Regulation
- Prevention of Corruption and Related Offenses – corruption crimes and related offenses as provided for in the Policy for the Prevention of Corruption and Offenses
