Clearpay is a service that gives our customers the ability to make purchases now while paying later. Payments are made in 3 monthly payments without any interest.
Simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and, when you're done, select Clearpay as your payment method at checkout. We'll redirect you to the Clearpay website so you can fill in your personal details and add your card information (Visa, Mastercard).
If you have used Clearpay before, simply log in to your Clearpay account and complete your order.
Clearpay can only be used on purchases made on Salsa’s website.
Clearpay cannot be used as a form of payment for purchases in any of our Salsa store locations.
All Clearpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining 2 payments are deducted automatically every month in instalments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
You can log in to your Clearpay account at any time to view your payment schedule.
If you are unable to make a payment, please contact Clearpay.
In the event that a payment is missed, Clearpay will prevent you from making any further purchases.
Clearpay will give you until 11pm the following day to make a payment, otherwise you will incur a late payment penalty of €6.00.
In addition, if the instalment remains unpaid, an additional penalty of €6.00 will accrue and will be charged to you:
● On the seventh day of the instalment due date if you have purchased between the 24th of one month and the 9th of the following month.
● On the 1st day of the following month if you have purchased between the 10th and the 23rd of the same month.
If your purchase is less than 24.00€, the total cost per delay cannot exceed 6.00 €. If your order is €24.00 or more, the total penalties will not exceed 25% of the order total or €24.00, whichever is less. The collection of existing Clearpay debt may be assigned to a collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future. We encourage you to use Clearpay responsibly. Yes, to use Clearpay, the value of your purchase, including shipping, must be between €4 and €800.
The maximum value of your order may be less depending on whether you are a new customer or your payment history.
Yes, you can also use a promotional code to pay for your purchase.
Items purchased with Clearpay follow our standard returns process.
Please note that refunds for Clearpay purchases will be refunded from the website to Clearpay. We are unable to provide an exchange or cash refund.
When the refund is processed, any future payments you have with Clearpay will be cancelled and any payments that have already been made will be refunded to the card you paid with.
Please note that until the Merchant has issued the refund, you will be responsible for continuing to make your payments to Clearpay. You can view the details by logging into your Clearpay account.
