Orders made in the Salsa Jeans online shop will be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm on business days. On the day set for the delivery, somebody must be at the address to accept the order.
Delivery fees apply to orders. The exact cost of each delivery depends on the destination country. Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected and the location. Below is some information on the cost of postage and packaging and delivery times for the different countries Salsa's online shop makes deliveries to.

Countries outside the European Union
The cost of deliveries to countries outside the European Union may vary depending on the destination.
Although the purchases are made on the SALSA website, all deliveries to countries outside the European Union are made by DHL. Therefore, when ordering from Salsa using the DHL platform, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions shown below:
1. Taxes and charges:
DHL gives you the opportunity to buy Salsa products in your country's currency, including transport costs, customs duties and taxes, import levies and sales taxes (unless you choose the option not to pay them; if so, you will be responsible for making this payment when the product arrives at the destination country). Transport costs and customs duties and taxes will be calculated at the time of payment and import costs will be fully assured following payment.
When you make your order via this checkout (and therefore through DHL), you recognise that your transaction is with Salsa using the DHL platform and not with Salsa directly, and that following successful verification by DHL of the authenticity of the payment information you have provided, Salsa will begin the process of sending your order to the address indicated at the same price as the values presented and agreed to by you.
When the order arrives at the destination country, it may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays to the original delivery estimate.
If you want to return an order, you must contact Salsa within 30 days of the date of receipt of your order. The products cannot have been worn, altered or washed, and should have all the original labels. To return the order, contact a transporter that will pick up the products from your address and send them directly to the address provided by Salsa. It is your responsibility to ensure that the order reaches Salsa.
5. Refunds and processing time:
As soon as the order arrives at Salsa and if it complies with the conditions for returns, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used within no more than 15 business days. Once the return has been made, you will be notified by e-mail to the address you indicated on your account. Once your bank receives the refund information from DHL, it may require more time to process this and complete the transaction to your account. Please bear in mind that any taxes or charges that have been paid, whether on the delivery or the return of the order, will not be refunded and any refund will always be made by DHL and not by Salsa.
You will receive the new product more quickly if you make a new order and return the product you don't want. As soon as your order arrives at Salsa, DHL will make the refund according to the conditions referred to in Point 5.
*As the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, products sent there are subject to customs duties and potentially also subject to taxes.
Outside of these regions, you can only browse the website like a catalogue; it is not possible to make purchases.
Thus, we do not deliver to: Faroe Islands, Greenland, Helgoland, Büsingen, Mount Athos, Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guyana, French Overseas Territories, Mayotte, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, San Marino, Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Territorial Waters of Lake Lugano, Aruba, Dutch Antilles, Åland Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark), Gibraltar, Saint Helena and its Dependencies, British Indian Ocean Territory, Turks and Caicos Islands, Cayman Islands, Montserrat, British Virgin Islands, Falkland Islands, Pitcairn Islands, British Antarctic Territory, Bermuda or Anguilla.
