Shipping costs to countries outside the European Union may vary according to the final destination. These costs are calculated on your shopping bag, as you checkout, before paying.
Although you are looking at merchandise on SALSA’s website, any purchases that you make with a shipping address outside the European Union, will be made via DHL. By visiting this checkout and/or placing an order with SALSA via the DHL platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms & conditions set forth. If you visit or place an order, you accept these conditions.
DHL provides you with an opportunity to purchase merchandise from Salsa at a price and in a currency selected by you, inclusive of international shipping costs, brokerage and customs clearance costs, import duty and sales taxes (unless you chose an option, whereby you would be responsible for payment of import duties and/or sales tax). Transport costs, customs fees and costs will be calculated at time of payment and expenditure on imports are fully guaranteed after payment.
1.Taxes and fees: If you choose to prepay the import fees, you agree and acknowledge that the actual import fees may be more or less than the estimate and you will not be asked to pay more money or receive any refund in the case that the actual import fees differ than the estimate. If you choose to not prepay the import fees and if you (or the recipient) subsequently refuse or fail to accept the delivery of the merchandise, refuse or fail to pay import fees, and/or attempt to return the merchandise to avoid paying import fees: (1) the costs you have already prepaid for shipping and/or handling will not be reimbursed to you; (2) you will be responsible for all charges resulting from said refusal or failure to pay import fees (such as costs for shipping and handling back to the merchant and any other fees resulting, directly or indirectly, from your failure to pay the import fees); (3) you understand that all sales are final and we are not required to refund you the cost of the merchandise, you are still responsible for all actual import fees; (5) you will not request that DHL, Salsa or any other entity reimburse you for any import fees paid.
2.Payment: By placing an order through this checkout (and therefore with DHL, you acknowledge that your transaction will be with the SALSA using the DHL platform, and not with SALSA, and that upon successful verification by DHL of the authenticity and sufficiency of the payment information you provide, SALSA will begin the process of shipping out your order to your address at a price equal to the amounts presented to and agreed-upon by you.
3.Possible delays: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
4.Returns: You agree to contact SALSA for any returns authorization. To make a return the merchandise must be return within 30 days. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached. To return the merchandise you must contact a courier that collect the order in your address and sent it directly to SALSA at the returns address we provide. Is your responsibility to guarantee that the package arrives to SALSA.
5.Refunds & processing time: If your package arrives at SALSA within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 15 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from DHL. You understand that we will not refund any duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise as the ones you paid to receive the merchandise and that you will obtain any refund due, as applicable, directly from DHL.
6.Exchange for a different size/ color or article: In order to serve you most efficiently, you'll get the right article fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we received your return, DHL will credit your account as referred in the point 5.
