Shoulders (a): Put the measuring tape from shoulder to shoulder
Chest (b): Put the measuring tape under your arms to measure around the fullest part of your chest
Waist (c): Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrowest part of your torso, usually near your belly button.
Thigh (d): measure around the largest part of your thigh.
