Fall Winter 17/18 - New collection
SALSA PRESENTS ITS FALL-WINTER 17/18 COLLECTION
EMBROIDERY AND EARTH COLOURS ARE THE STARS OF THE SHOW
Salsa presents its new autumn-winter collection, where earth and ochre shades predominate. A proposal with plenty of denim wear, faithful to the spirit of the company, and other items taking their inspiration from more current trends, incorporating fur and embroidery. A wide range of fabrics and shapes where the common denominator is comfort and colour diversity.
The Portuguese company Salsa interprets the arrival of winter as an ode to autumnal colours, using shades of camel and maroon in its clothing. Photographed by Luis Monteiroand modelled by Talia Richman and Matthew Trethewey, the Salsa collection is inspired by the colours of Porto. The styles were designed by Neil Stuart, who turned the urban spirit of the brand into a collection that seeks to explore its beauty with classic touches.
The Salsa collection for men is notable for its clearly casual look, where jeans and practical clothing predominate. In addition, the distinctive print shirts take on a key role, bringing a classic touch to a very urban collection. Jackets and feather-padded coats are the perfect allies for when the cold begins to set in.
But jeans are still one of the mainstays of the brand, represented in the Slender, Lima and Clash models so you can find the cut that's perfect for you.
In the women's collection, the highlight goes to the furry trend, with fur coats and jackets being the main players this season. On the other hand, blouses with transparencies and a more boho style have also taken a significant place in the collection. But jeans are still the unmistakable signature of Salsa. In this case, the denim jeans are marked by floral embroideries, a trend that will be playing a key role this winter.
The classic models like Wonder, Secret, Mystery, Diva, Carrie, Colette and Shape Up are still around, adapting to all kinds of bodies and styles.
