#EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED

“Win a pair of Salsa jeans and come to Dubai with us and the Abreu travel agency!”

Irmãos Vila Nova SA (hereinafter, and for the purpose of these regulations, called Salsa), with registered office at Avenida da Indústria, 511, 4760-725 Ribeirão, Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal, with sole corporate tax and registration number 501997784, registered at the Vila Nova de Famalicão Companies Registration Office, with share capital of EUR 4,250,000, will be promoting the "Win a pair of Salsa jeans and come to Dubai with us and the Abreu travel agency" challenge. The winner gets a pair of Salsa jeans and a trip for two to Dubai.

ONE

1. This challenge is aimed at all those interested, aged 18 or over.

2. Employees of the IVN Group and of the Abreu travel agency and members of their immediate family, as well as other relatives in a direct line to the second degree, and up to the third degree in a collateral line, may not participate in this challenge.  

3. Salsa reserves the right to refuse entries in the challenge, without needing to give prior notice or justification for such.

4. Participation in the challenge consists of complying with the following steps:

4.1. To take part in the challenge, you must wear Push Up Wonder, Push In Secret, Push In Secret Glamour, Slimming DIVA or i-Motion ERGO jeans;

4.2. Then, take a photo and share it publicly on your Instagram account, using the hashtag #salsaperfectjeans and #salsajeans;

4.3. The photo post must be accompanied by a sentence explaining how you feel wearing the jeans you chose and must identify @salsaofficial on the Instagram post.

5. Each participant can take part as often as they wish while the challenge is ongoing. 

6. The challenge is valid from 3 October to 5 November 2017.

7. The most original entry will win 1 (one) trip for two to Dubai.
The trip includes: tourist-class flight (departing from Lisbon, Madrid or Paris) + 4 nights in a 5-star hotel, with half board (drinks not included with meals) for 2 adults in a superior double room + travel insurance, airport / hotel / airport transfer, a meal at the Restaurant Armani, Tour Dubai Modern City and a visit to the Burj Khalifa.

The trip does not include transfers and anything not expressly mentioned as included.

Conditions:

• The prize assumes a stay in a shared double room, with all the conditions for this purpose being met.
• The prize must be used by 30 April 2018, according to the availability of the Abreu travel agency and cannot be used during the following periods: Christmas, New Year, Mardi Gras and Easter, national holidays and eves of national holidays and days immediately before or after these.
• The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not, under any circumstances, be exchanged for a cash value, travellers' cheques or vouchers. It must also respect all the Abreu travel agency's general scheduling conditions.
• No changes may be made to destinations and the prize-winner may only change the initial data once (date and place of departure). This can only be done before the trip has been confirmed.
• The Prize is subject to the availability of all the parties involved. The Abreu travel agency reserves the right to assign an alternative destination if the agreed destination has little or no availability on the date chosen for the trip in question.
• The winner will receive confirmation of the reservation as soon as possible. However, if this cannot be done any sooner, confirmation will be given up to a week before the intended date.
• If there are extras, personal expenses, extra nights, transfers or any other kind of expenses not included in the prize, these must be paid by the winner before the trip begins. Otherwise, the Abreu travel agency may cancel the reservation and the prize.

TWO

1. Only entries that fully comply with all the conditions set out here will be deemed valid. Salsa reserves the right to exclude any participant that breaches the provisions of these regulations in any way. These regulations can be viewed at www.salsajeans.com and at Salsa stores.
2. Participants authorise the winning photos to be used in Salsa communications under the scope of the challenge which is the subject of these regulations.

THREE

1. The winner will be announced on 20 November 2017 on the winning posts, and later on Salsa's Instagram.

2. The selection criteria will be creativity and compliance with all the requirements for taking part in the challenge. Entries will be assessed by a panel of 4 judges. 

3. Salsa reserves the right not to award the prize if it believes that the registered entries do not comply with the requirements.

4. Once the name of the winner has been announced, Salsa will contact them directly on their photo posts and send the corresponding prize to the e-mail indicated by the winner when the winner is announced.

5. Salsa reserves the right to cancel any prize awarded if there is proof of fraud, either under the terms of these regulations or according to legislation in force.

FOUR

1. The winner will not be compensated if, for reasons beyond the control of Salsa or the Abreu travel agency, they are unable to make the trip.

2. The personal data collected under the scope of the challenge are automatically processed and must be provided if the data holder wishes to participate. Any omissions or inaccuracies in the data provided by the holders are entirely and solely their responsibility and shall automatically invalidate participation in the challenge, without any payment or compensation being owed.

3. Salsa takes no responsibility for any breaches of copyright or other breaches committed by the participants in this challenge. 

FIVE

1. The challenge will be advertised in Salsa stores, on the social media where Salsa is present and at www.salsajeans.com. Salsa undertakes to clearly explain the essential conditions of the challenge, in accordance with the provisions of art. 11 of Decree-Law No. 330/90, of 23/10.

2. Participants may request additional clarification on the challenge by sending an e-mail to passatempo@salsa.pt

SIX

1. Salsa reserves the right to change the conditions of the challenge, whenever necessary and where it will not jeopardize the participants. This will be communicated under the same terms as the announcement of the challenge.

2. Any omissions from these regulations will be dealt with by Salsa.
